Since arriving on January 2, 2008 we have tried to see as much of the island as possible. There is just so much to explore in three short years! Brian has been gone for the majority of the time we have lived here for work purposes. He is actually leaving again in May for a five month deployment. When he is not working long hours, he is trying to spend as much time with MD and myself exploring all the fun things to do on the island.
In the short time we have been on Oahu, I took a couple Photography workshops at the University of Hawaii this past February. Great classes and a nice break from mommy world. I have a rough idea of the direction/s I would like to move in as I am developing my photographic style. Hopefully this blog will allow me to organize and share my images and ideas. Constructive feedback is always welcome.
I look forward to not only using this blog for image sharing, but also as a general platform to share what is happening with Team Roberts.
